He knew the vehicle, the process, and anticipated what I needed to know to make my final decision- Mazda Touring CX-5. He made everything so easy! I never felt like I was just a $, or felt rushed or pressured. No fast talking, mumbo jumbo! I was also amazed at the number of really good extended warranties, and various service packages available. Friendly Samantha- very well informed- helped me with those. They had easily understood answers, to all my questions (even the dumb ones !) and some I didn't think to ask! It is easy to get lost in the "numbers/$ " when considering a car. But when you find a dealer that has good prices AND good people, that where you can be confident that you are at the right place! Great deal and great folks! More

It was easy to work with him while I was at my job. From the test drive to the financing process the Kenny Ross team was very friendly and there was a nice laid back atmosphere. They were able to work with me and in the end I was able to get my CX-5. The manager Dave was very nice. He told me about the history of Mazda while waiting on the paperwork and offered my a free first-aid kit. I would recommend this dealership to my family and friends. It was a nice experience!! More

(Rudie if your reading this try not to laugh?) Trade value was much more then I expected,and even a possible mistake per GM Dave,,of course no complaining from this camp! One of the competing dealersi is less then 10min from my house and WANTED to buy there!.Rudie and Dave BLEW the competition $$$ away and not by just a couple few hundred dollars,but MUCH more!
