A Wonderful Experience I knew I wanted a Mazda CX-5 because of all the research I did last year. He made buying a new car fun! From the moment I met him, he was professional, personable, and on point with meeting my car needs. Dave had Joe's back and allowed me to land, what I believe, to be the deal of a car buyer's life time. Darrel, in finance, interviewed me and kept the lines of communication open while narrowing down the exact financing I hoped for. My husband and I went to the Kenny Ross Mazda in North Huntingdon. When we initially got there they were swamped with customers (no, seriously). Everyone we had met as soon as we stepped foot on the lot were extremely polite, and apologetic for our wait. Eventually we were seen by Rudie Policz. He immediately knew what we were looking for and let us take the car out for a drive. We got back to the store and talked about options and I told him I couldn't spend anything over what I was paying for my car now. Himself, and Dave put a deal for us and quickly negotiated without any haggling. I can not say it more than enough that this is hands down the best service I have ever received while purchasing a car. Everyone here is great, and very knowledgeable. I will continue going there from now on to purchase any and all vehicles in my future (and my families). More

I was offered a great upfront price for both my trade in and the new vehicle. The staff were very accommodating despite my situation of having to wait a month before I could make the purchase. They held the new car, did what they could to keep pricing as low as possible and didn't rush me into making the purchase early.
