Bought my 2023 CX-30 from Cochran. Called and told them I had a major brake problem. They said to stop by. I did and the told me they couldnt look at the car for 10 days. Called Kenny Ross and got in that afternoon. Told me I had an unusual brake problem No brakes at all on left side. Gave me a loaner and got it fixed under warranty. Also washed car and gave me a coupon for oil change. You cant get treated better than that, We are going to buy a cx-50 in September. It will be at Kenny Ross. More

They forgot to put the valve stem covers on 2 of my tires causing me a 35 minute round trip to get them back. Tires were only inflated to 30 psi which is too low.;.
