Kenny Ross Mazda - Service Center

Took vehicle in because check engine light came on. I made sure the gas cap was on tightly but the light stayed on. I was charged a diagnostic fee but the service rep told me they were unable to pinpoi I made sure the gas cap was on tightly but the light stayed on. I was charged a diagnostic fee but the service rep told me they were unable to pinpoint the problem and recommended that I purchase a new gas cap if the light came on. I left with no clear answer but had greasy handprints on the front fender and gas cap door (I had washed the car the day before I took it in). I put gas in yesterday and the check engine light didn't come on so I haven't purchased a new cap. I'm still not sure what the problem might be. More

I travel 10 miles past a different Mazda dealer because Kenny Ross is just so much better. Very nice waiting area, honest service reps, and comprehensive review of your vehicle.
