Everything about my appointment was fine until I got the price of the new battery that I needed to have replaced! Almost 700 dollars!!!! I think that is ridiculous!! I was able to call numerous different pl price of the new battery that I needed to have replaced! Almost 700 dollars!!!! I think that is ridiculous!! I was able to call numerous different places and all of the prices I received were less than half the price! I got the battery and had it installed elsewhere for less than 300 dollars!!! Subaru needs to do better when it comes to prices of parts!!! More

Had an 8:30 AM appointment and had to wait 2 hours because they were busy. Not understanding why you make appointments and then don't pay attention to the time because you are busy. The work was done and nothing extra was added, good service once it got done. Although the coffee and snacks help when you have to sit around. Everyone is friendly and professional.
