I had to bring my car in due to some chewed wires and then needed a lot of other safety-related service as well. After a couple days my car was ready and I drove off and unfortunately the check engine l then needed a lot of other safety-related service as well. After a couple days my car was ready and I drove off and unfortunately the check engine light came on again. I took it back and my car suddenly needed an entire new transmission. Ken was very nice when he explained it to me and before I could freak out about having to spend even more money, let me know that it would be completely covered by warranty. While my car was there for another week I was able to drive a loaner which was extremely convenient during such an inconvenient time. I appreciate his thoroughness in getting my car back to road-ready because it's got a lot of life left! More
