Lillian Juarez, my service advisor, is the best! She went out of her way to make sure I had the best experience, including providing shuttle service to and from my home. My visit started out good. The salesman wasn't too pushy and seemed like a nice guy. But things changed after I decided to purchase the car I test drove. My license plates were switched out for news ones wh and seemed like a nice guy. But things changed after I decided to purchase the car I test drove. My license plates were switched out for news ones which I don't remember asking to be done. I discovered last minute that one of the floor mats was missing because it was thrown out by the previous owner. Then several days later I noticed some damage on the car, but was told it was too late and they wouldn't do anything about it. I guess I should have checked the car closer that night, but it was dark out and I guess I trusted them too much. So I ended up taking it to a different dealership to be fixed and realized that the new tires were a cheap tire and wouldn't have lasted long. I also discovered that one of my tires was missing the cap for the stem which the other place happily replaced. I am now just happy to have a car that doesn't have issues any longer. More

Excellent Service. Problem was with Lojack part in car which had to be replaced and reset. It was complicated and took multiple calls to company to get it setup on our phones. Jhonatan and Scott were ve which had to be replaced and reset. It was complicated and took multiple calls to company to get it setup on our phones.
