A correction on my previous post. My asking price for my Toyota trade-in was $25,000. This number is near the high end of the Kelly Blue Book “Excellent” condition valuation. Kenosha My asking price for my Toyota trade-in was $25,000. This number is near the high end of the Kelly Blue Book “Excellent” condition valuation. Kenosha Toyota place the condition of my car in the “Good” condition category. Two steps lower. This lowered what I wanted from $25,000 to what they offered, $21,661. The car had no hood stone chips, no door dents, no seat tears and no door edge chips. No damage whatsoever. All it needed was a car wash and interior vacuuming. With only 16,230 miles on the odometer, it’s practically “show room condition”. I even offered to include an extra set of aluminum wheels with snow tires and a never used spare tire which originally didn’t come with the new car. No interest from Kenosha Toyota. None. I rejected their offer of $21,661. I’ll probably find other dealers who low-ball KBB valuations, but I’ll still have my “Excellent” Toyota, low mileage car that will last a lifetime. More

Phil made the entire paperwork process seamless & painless (and even shared his wife’s delicious biscotti). The feel at Kenosha Toyota is unlike any other dealership we’ve experienced. We had a very positive experience purchasing our new 2024 Toyota Grand Highlander Hybrid with Kenosha Toyota. Received many follow up calls from Khayla and Anny, Internet Sales Specialist keeping us informed where we stood on the listing. The wait to purchase was shorter than we expected; however the actual purchase process was longer than expected especially since we did not finance the vehicle. Kenosha Toyota’s customer-friendly policies and fantastic staff - especially Khayla and Anny, Internet Sales Specialists; Ricky E, Sales Product Specialist; and Mike C, New Vehicle Sales Manager - all made i staff - especially Khayla and Anny, Internet Sales Specialists; Ricky E, Sales Product Specialist; and Mike C, New Vehicle Sales Manager - all made it such a super easy, transparent, and positive process to get our Highlander Hybrid. Khayla was an excellent communicator & was our trusty main contact for 2+ months; Anny ensured we were quickly contacted when a potential car match for us went on the allocation list; Ricky was truly a wealth of product knowledge and patiently walked us through all the car’s bells & whistles; Mike was super customer-focused and ensured our vehicle pick-up and paperwork went smoothly and hassle-free. The whole process was no muss, no fuss, and most importantly no games! What a wonderful team and breath of fresh air! So thankful to the whole Kenosha Toyota dealership management and staff! Few dealerships are on their scale of courtesy, transparency, and efficiency. They rightfully earn their high-volume dealership status and many positive reviews! And a few details re: customer-friendly policies… My husband and I started our search December 2022 and due to supply chain shortages at the time – it was quite a project! No surprise – but there’s a lot of very – let’s just say – “questionable” dealerships out there – but thankfully Kenosha Toyota was not one of them. Unlike other dealerships, Kenosha Toyota did not charge above MSRP. In addition, many dealerships add-on unnecessary hidden fees – like unwanted dealer-installed options – but thankfully not Kenosha. Plus, while all dealerships had waiting lists at that time for Highlander Hybrids, unlike other dealerships, Kenosha did not require ANY deposit UNTIL a car which met our specifications was on their allocation list from the factory and we wanted to claim it as ours. With just a small refundable deposit and less than a month later – we got the car. We highly recommend them! More
