LOOKING FOR USED CAR AND GOT A GREAT DEAL I was looking for a used vehicle with low mileage and in good condition. Basically I wanted a great car for a low payment. Fantastic customer service I had been looking for an SUV and saw a Yukon on line. I called and talked to Jeff about test driving it that evening, he got off at 4 but came back I had been looking for an SUV and saw a Yukon on line. I called and talked to Jeff about test driving it that evening, he got off at 4 but came back to meet with us. When we went back to sign the paperwork everything was ready for us and the process went very quickly. While driving the truck home the tire service light came on, I called Jeff and he set up an appointment to get it looked at. He is going to come to my house and pick it up. Over-the-top customer service I called to get information on a used Cadillac on the lot. When I couldn't get in that day to look at it because my husband had our car at work, Isaa I called to get information on a used Cadillac on the lot. When I couldn't get in that day to look at it because my husband had our car at work, Isaac actually offered to bring it to my house for a test drive. Wow! Didn't realize that customer service like that still existed in today's society! We ended up not buying that particular car, but when we're ready to purchase in the next few months, I'll definitely go to Kent County Motors and deal with Isaac. More

Buick Encore Purchase I was looking for a car to replace my 2012 Toyota Rav 4 that had more luxury but had a smoother better ride but also gave me good gas mileage. I test drove a Buick Encore that fit all my needs and was reasonably priced. The dealership offered plenty of incentives that got the price where I needed it to be.
