On my trade I wasn’t aware I had an extended warranty. Because I didn’t use the vehicle for the length of the warranty I was subject to a prorated refund. Again, I wasn’t aware of this. Isaac made me aware when he certainly didn’t need to and I saved $500. These guys are awesome. More
