2019 Ram 2500 Purchase I knew what I wanted before I even contacted the dealership. Cheyenne Turnage contacted me first to confirm pricing. I was directed to come into the dealership and speak to an in house salesman. Frankie Peralta greeted me outside and took me inside to iron out the details and final numbers. Through the transfer process, Cheyenne, April Clay, and Frankie were patient and didn't try to sell me anything I didn't need or want, (extended warranty or other services). Pricing was up front and spot on. Don Trexler handled the final financing paperwork and we were in and out on delivery day in less than 30 minutes. While it was Frankie's day off, Lee Smith took over and set my wife and I up for the test drive (it was a transferred vehicle). It was the easiest truck buying experience I've ever had. All employees were courteous and kind and never did I feel pressured. Even other salesmen such as Mac McCullough took the time to carry on a conversation with us while we waited to be seen by financing. This is a great place to deal with. These folks will listen to you, and then give you advice on models and options if you ask for their opinion. More
