Diangostic Rip-off This dealership replaced my fuel pump on April 10, 2019 . I left the dealership to fill up my tank which took 12 minutes because the gas pump keep st This dealership replaced my fuel pump on April 10, 2019 . I left the dealership to fill up my tank which took 12 minutes because the gas pump keep stopping as if it was full. On April 19, 2019 I took my vehicle back to the service center due to the issue of slow fueling while pumping. The service advisor/team stated on 4/19/19 that the Charcoal Canister valve where bad which likely burned the fuel pump out. My frustration is that not once be for taking the vehicle in did I have a problem with filling up my tank but even after the diagnostic test was performed they (service team) never discussed or even mention replacing the valve canister. This dealership TOOK me for my money. More

After several phone calls They had us fill out an application and told us the paperwork would be ready to sign when we got there. This was at 6. At 7:40 received a phone call saying before they could go get the keys someone was looking at it and at 7:55 they called and said someone bought it. I called and spoke to Joseph (the assistant manager. I had asked to speak to the manager who I was told was Blake but hardly ever onsite) who said did you leave a deposit. I said no one asked for one. He said well someone else bought it. They had right of first refusal. I said I understand but when we are told the financing is in place and the paperwork would be ready to sign did not lead us to believe you would sell it or we would have absolutely left a deposit. He said well the people who bought it had been in the showroom looking at it since 4. I said then why did you have us fill out an application? He said it’s my job to sell trucks. I would have tried to sell you a different one. I said oh really? How many 2017 GMC Sierras do you have in black with a 6” lift? He said none in black but I do have a silver one. At this point it was after 8. Past their closing time. And he said “bottom line the truck is sold. There is nothing I can do to make you happy. Have a good night” and hung up on me. I know a dealership’s bottom line is sales. But in the long run sales come from treating people like you appreciate their business and honesty. I would never consider doing business with these people again. No matter what they had on their lot. More

The car arrived with a dent right rear with three scratches, right front seat passenger seat has an enormous stain and the original owner was a smoker. Definitely unethical business practice. I financed with USAA and they attempted numerous time to work lack of documentation as well as close the deal instead I was constantly berated by the dealership. More

Would not use even if I did need a car because of this customer service via internet sales. More
