In all the years buying from companies on the net I have never had a response like I received from MoparAmerica seems I jumped to the wrong conclusion In all the years buying from companies on the net I have never had a response like I received from MoparAmerica seems I jumped to the wrong conclusion with my earlier complaint regarding this company . I should have done more research, this company has a process when it comes to problems with an order which I overlooked and it appears they take their reviews seriously . I was contacted by Steve Overby who runs the parts division of MoparAmerica who became aware of my problem and immediately took steps to right the issue. Not only did I receive the correct order but it was delivered over the weekend and in 3 days . With a response like this you can bet any future parts that I need will come from MoparAmerica .
