In all the years buying from companies on the net I have never had a response like I received from MoparAmerica seems I jumped to the wrong conclusion In all the years buying from companies on the net I have never had a response like I received from MoparAmerica seems I jumped to the wrong conclusion with my earlier complaint regarding this company . I should have done more research, this company has a process when it comes to problems with an order which I overlooked and it appears they take their reviews seriously . I was contacted by Steve Overby who runs the parts division of MoparAmerica who became aware of my problem and immediately took steps to right the issue. Not only did I receive the correct order but it was delivered over the weekend and in 3 days . With a response like this you can bet any future parts that I need will come from MoparAmerica . They sold me a lemon Well i bought a 2014 crv from Chrysler dodge and 2 days after i brought that car home i noticed my car was shacking so i brought it to a Honda dealers Well i bought a 2014 crv from Chrysler dodge and 2 days after i brought that car home i noticed my car was shacking so i brought it to a Honda dealership to have it checked out they told me the whole front end needs to be replaced so i took it back to Kernersville dodge and they checked my crv out for the first time and said it was to expensive for them to fix that they won't fix it and i said i wasn't going to pay for it to be fixed because they sold me a lemon i didn't even have that car for 2 weeks they told me to to pick a different car and i asked the salesman why they sold me that car and he told me they don't check there vehicles because they sell them to quick THAT IS ILLEGAL the salesman told me they WON'T sell me a car unless i trade that car in and i repeated YOU SOLD ME A LEMON he laughed so now I'm paying 14 thousand for a 10 thousand dollar car Chrysler dodge are crooks i went back to talk to the head financial broker and he laughed at me and said he won't help me I REPEAT DONT BUY A CAR FROM THIS PLACE More
