Poor Customer Service Our salesman was awesome in giving us information about our vehicle and going through the process. However, when it came time to sign the paperwork, we had to wait over an hour. I wanted to go and buy a car quick, I knew which one I wanted when I showed up. So I was thinking that we may be there for an hour, two at most......no, we spent over 4 hours just to buy a car. Unacceptable, and nothing given in return for our troubles. More

The dealership did have the one I ended up purchasing just come in. When he pulled it up I was stunned, it was lifted with all the extra goodies within the price range I was looking for. The Jeep had a couple of issues that the dealership took care of with exhaust system and the AC. Nick helped me out to trade in a motorcycle that was just sitting in the garage. He made the experience great, and was attentive to any concerns I had. If you are in the market for a new or used car go see Nick, and you will be taken care of. More

Incorrect Parts Apparently a business operates out of this dealer called Mopar America, ordered bolts for a PT. Would fight with PayPal but just blew it off. DON'T ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY ! More

I'm going to trade in my truck for a truck on their website. I clean all my personal belongings out of my truck have checkbook and title in hand Drive 45 minutes to get there. They tell me the truck is in the service department and will not even let me see it. What kind of Mickey Mouse business is this ? They lost a sale for today. They lost my business forever ! I would not recommend them to anyone. More
