Great car buying experience!! I have bought the last two vehicles (used) from this dealership! Now make it a 3rd but this time I bought a new 17 Ram Longhorn! Cheyenne told us to call before we came to make sure the vehicle was still available. Called Cheyenne twice to make sure the vehicle was still available for the appointment and left a message and no call was returned. She did not even come out to speak to us when we arrived at the dealership. She was in the office clearly when I walked in and didn't speak. It is common courtesy to let someone know a vehicle sold when you know they are traveling to come see it. More

Like I always do, on my first contact I express my dislike for playing games and just wanted honesty and a straight shooter.They confirmed my earlier statement. Playing games. It was evident within 30 mins and I left exasperated. A week later I spoke with a friend who recommended Dave Maxson with Kernersville Dodge. Said he was a straight shooter and great to deal with. I had not really looked at Dodge, but upon doing some research was really impressed. I bit the bullet and went to K'ville Dodge and met with Dave Maxson. Dave was easy to deal with from the get go. He didn't lead me anywhere I didn't want to go. I had a lot of questions and was looking at various options. He was patient and knowledgeable to a fault. At the end of the encounter, I walked away feeling good and the proud new owner of a 2017 Dodge 2500. I am a 55 yr old retired police officer and feel I am a pretty good judge of character. Dave is a good man and a huge compliment to Kernersville Dodge. It is obvious why he was recommended to me, and I will without a doubt pass his name on as the man to deal with if you need to purchase a vehicle. More
