David met us right away and gave us the keys to check the car out. As we did this he took the info needed to take a test drive. No time wasted, very efficient. The buying process was seamless with my insurance company, paperwork, etc. We drove away that afternoon with a super car and deal. Special thanks to Scott the Sales Manager for his special touch on this deal. Scott even promised to mail us a touch up paint kit that he has at home since it was his wife's car. More

She then sent me to David Maxson which was great he helped us figure out which car was right for my son. David made my son's purchase very easy and painless. Some car dealerships are horrible but not this one. If your looking for a car new or used I would recommend you contacting David Maxson or Lindsay Nemenz they are two honest people and they can guide you in the right direction. Worst people ever! First there was the bait and switch move in the beginning. I was talking on the phone with a woman and she informed the price lowered on the vehicle I First there was the bait and switch move in the beginning. I was talking on the phone with a woman and she informed the price lowered on the vehicle I was interested in. I asked to please call me if it were to sell as I was coming from 3 hours away. She Never told me I could pay a deposit over the phone to ensure it would be there. My husband and I drove the 3 hours and we were told, "It was sold but if you want to look at it you can" WHAT? It was sold very internet sale or somewhat for a higher price than I was quoted over the phone by the sales person, so I was told if I matched the price it was mine. THAT SHOULD HAVE BEEN my cue to leave. We buy the car, it was not a great deal but it was what we were looking for. It was sold "as is". There was my second clue to leave and missed it!!!!! We bought an extended warranty to cover the "As is" or so we thought. 2 months later we need a fix and the warranty will not cover. They lied in the beginning, they lied all the way through the sales and then all the way through the warranty purchase. I have 1 piece of paper from the dealership covering the warranty, I called the warranty today and they stated I should have received 3 sheets informing me of all the details of the warranty. I will be looking into the laws regarding the disclosures on used cars. More

Once I got there I met the team ,signed papers and was back on the road with plenty of day left for traveling Ps the truck I bought was very hard to find and I could only find it at this dealership I love my new truck ...I'm very happy ...giggity 😊 More
