I have brought my car in for service multiple times. 99% of the time I have had an issue. Poor customer service from Brian. He is a poor customer service rep, extremely rude and a chauvinist. Jason has taken over the service on my car and he is extremely polite and helpful BUT my car isn’t being fixed properly. It is being returned still broken! This has happen multiple times.
