SERVICE VISIT

Upon delivery of my 2022 Highlander I notice a slice in the steering wheel. They said they would fix it just got it back from being “fixed” and it looks the same. We found each person that helped us along the way with our purchase was quite professional, kind, & made things happen, using some. technology to see that we got the vehicle we wanted. Never have we ever in our lifetime done the selection of a new vehicle by selecting from a list on the computer, seeing when it was going to be assembled & have delivery 3 weeks later. Actually maybe better that roaming the car lot for a long time in all types of possible weather. A good experience for us was had at KERRY TOYOTA! More
