My trust level for here has gotten lower. A year or two ago I was told I had seepage. Last visit before this one (I believe) guy said my car was ready and no issues. And I asked so I no longe A year or two ago I was told I had seepage. Last visit before this one (I believe) guy said my car was ready and no issues. And I asked so I no longer have seepage and he said no. This visit Carl told me I still have seepage but nothing to worry about. I asked. Also, new wipers were recommended. I questioned that because I wasn’t having any issues and I just replaced them not too long ago with Toyota brand. Carl had someone run the wipers and some fluid. There were maybe 2 or 3 streaks on passenger side. He said that is probably what the tech was referring to because they are trained to look for streaks. Carl states the wiper is probably just dirty. He gets a paper towel and wipes off the blade and the other one. Guess what…no more streaks. Very disappointing that I would be told I need new blades when all they needed was a little cleaning. Never knew I should clean my blades but I will from now on. Want 100% satisfaction, do the little things to keep me as a customer and earn my trust. More
