Was charged $150+ for a 4wheel alignment as advertised and on my truck only the two front wheels are to be adjusted. And, they only adjusted the toe setting and not the out of spec. camber setting (which and on my truck only the two front wheels are to be adjusted. And, they only adjusted the toe setting and not the out of spec. camber setting (which is a tire wear problem) and since I just put 4 new tires on the truck, you can imagine my reaction when the service manager defended his techs lack of ability to free up a possible rusted camber eccentric bolt. The tech would have to do the same (use a torch to free up the tie rod sleeves if he had to, to adjust the toe), why not an eccentric bolt for the camber adj.? So I was charged for three adjustments and got one. I service dept. and went to parts. I had called parts the day before asked if they had a TPMS on stock for my truck . Parts person said they had 5 in stock You can imagine my reaction when I went to parts and asked for a TPMS for my Tundra and the parts person said they were out of stock. What a dealership! More
Searched many local dealers for a new Camry. All of them didn’t have any on the lot or wouldn’t sell us one without a trade. I WAS EXTREMELY PLEASED WITH THE CUSTOMER SERVICE RECEIVED FROM EACH STAFF PERSON WHO ASSISTED ME AND THE QUALITY OF PROFESSIONALISM FROM THE SERVICE FOLKS. A BIG SHOUT OUT TO DEBRA IN THE SERVICE DE RECEIVED FROM EACH STAFF PERSON WHO ASSISTED ME AND THE QUALITY OF PROFESSIONALISM FROM THE SERVICE FOLKS. A BIG SHOUT OUT TO DEBRA IN THE SERVICE DEPT (5 STARS), WHO SKILLFULLY MANAGED MY AUTO REPAIR NEEDS AND SERVICE SCHEDULING! WHILE I ORIGINALLY SOUGHT HELP RESOLVING AIR CONDITIONING PROBLEMS, DURING EVALUATION, THE TECHNICIAN FOUND AN OIL LEAK REQUIRING URGENT REPAIR. IF HE HAD NOT FOUND THE SMALL LEAK SINCE THERE WAS NO DRIVEWAY EVIDENCE OF OIL SPOTTING, I WOULD BE REQUIRED TO REPLACE A SEIZED ENGINE. THE AIR CONDITIONING IS OK NOW. More
