Kerry does good work however the last 3 or 4 service calls, I never received a call to let me know that the service was complete. On 2 of these occasions, I have had to wait until the following morning calls, I never received a call to let me know that the service was complete. On 2 of these occasions, I have had to wait until the following morning to get my vehicle as they close at 6pm and it was too late for me to pick it up. Very frustrating . More
