Thank you for you sharing your experience. Since COVID, inventory has been low and we are now reserving vehicles for customers. We do require a $500 deposit to hold the vehicle. I understand if you did not want to put the money down and how it can be inconvenient to have to order your vehicle. I am happy to hear you were able to find a truck at another dealership.
