I purchased a 2020 Highlander from Kerry Nissan in December. I have had nothing but trouble with their service. They sent me to Kerry Toyota because they couldn’t fix the UCB port. I came back for my oil change and Greg was SO helpful. I will never go back to Kerry Nissan nor would I recommend them to anyone. More

I don't know who Jason Crowe is. I worked with Greg Bumpus. The dealership itself was fine, but I did not like Greg's boss. I feel he was disrespectful and not considerate of our needs. I did not appreciate his high pressure sales tactics not his constant talking down to me. He's lucky I came back after he told me to go to another dealer and buy a similar car there. He almost cost you a sale. On the flip side Greg was a pleasure to work with. He was very personable and helpful. Dewey was also great to work in the finance office. Whoever cleaned up the car really made it shine. It almost looked brand new. I would come back to Kerry Automotive (this is our third car purchased from there) as long as I don't have to ever talk to Greg's boss again. More
