The service advisor, Stacie, that I worked with was rather rude to my daughter and me. My daughter dropped off the vehicle early morning. Upon drop off of the vehicle, there was difficulties finding the appointment. Stacie clearly expressed frustration and began to doubt that we even had an appointment. We specifically chose a Thursday morning appointment for our oil change because we were also having a rim looked at by a gentleman that handles those repairs only on that day of the week. We notified Stacie upon drop off that the rim was also being looked at, just as Nicole had told us to do. I also responded to the text that I received from Stacie reminding her of this same information. I received a call from Stacie around 5:00 pm notifying me the car was ready. I asked her if the rim was looked at and she proceeded to tell me the gentleman that handles that comes in the morning and my car’s rim was not looked at. I let her know that was the whole purpose of us choosing Thursday for our service appointment and reminded her that we mentioned it a couple different times at the time of drop off. Stacie proceeded to tell me that Kerry had 150 appointments that day, so they were very busy. Stacie said she was making a note and would call me the following morning to get me scheduled for next Thursday to have the rim looked at. I’m still waiting on her call and tomorrow is next Thursday. The next time I bring one of my vehicles to Kerry Toyota I will refuse to work with Stacie as my advisor. She is very rude, full of excuses, and has extremely poor customer service. More
