Overall, I think I am more disappointed than not. I felt like Freddie wasn’t particularly well informed about what he was selling us. When the Tundra arrived and I pointed out that it didn’t have a h I felt like Freddie wasn’t particularly well informed about what he was selling us. When the Tundra arrived and I pointed out that it didn’t have a hitch, he said „Oh, I would have thought it had one.“ When discussing interest rates he said „Oh those are just placeholders. The actual rates should be better.“ They weren’t. I specifically asked him if we could get the plate registered through next year, and he said „Yeah, it’ll be good until May of 2024.“ We’ll, the plate is good for two months. So, while I don’t think Freddie was malicious in any way, I do think the whole transaction was rather on the incompetent side. I really didn’t feel like he knew anything, and I probably would have bought a different model Tundra if I had known about the nonexistent hitch. I will probably not be back. Paul More
