We had a good experience when we came to buy the car. Devin quickly came out and helped us test drive the car we were interested in. We didn’t intend on buying that day because we were on a time constrai Devin quickly came out and helped us test drive the car we were interested in. We didn’t intend on buying that day because we were on a time constraint but we went ahead and bought it and was just going to come back the next day and bring the cash down and pick up the car. Devin acted like he would be there and have the car ready for pick up because we said we were going to bring our kids with us and wanted it to be a quick process and he promised it would be. When we came back the next day Devin was off that day and they hadn’t even started getting the car ready so we had to wait while they gassed it up and cleaned it. We had our 19 month old and 3.5 year old and we were late getting to our super bowl party because he had said it should take less than 30 minutes and it ended up taking almost an hour and a half so that was really frustrating. Especially since they didn’t offer anything for compensation for the inconvenience. More
