The work wasn't done and we had to bring it back a second time. Completely unacceptable, then the service manager tried to convince me that the work was done even though I had hard evidence that it was not. time. I'm not sure if he thought I was dumb enough to believe it, or if he was trying to convince himself. They said they rotated the tires and checked the pressures, those were the same as when we brought it in, and in the same positions, including one that was low. The measured tread was the sane as its when we brought it in for the last appointment, so I know that wasn't checked wither. Who knows what else wasn't done. This is a major black eye for Kerry Toyota, and breaches the trust I had in them. More
