They lost the copy of my husband's driver's license. Initial email on December 22 said they did not get a copy. I emailed back on December 22 and said a photocopy was made. On January 3 I emailed Baily Initial email on December 22 said they did not get a copy. I emailed back on December 22 and said a photocopy was made. On January 3 I emailed Baily back and asked if they found the copy since I had not heard back. I received an email January 4 and did not respond to it before I received a call from Devin asking for a copy. There was no apology for misplacing the copy of my husband's driver's license. I expressed my concern for the whereabouts of the photocopy. Eventually, I told Devin I would ask my husband how he wanted to send the copy. Devin then put Dustin on the phone. I told Dustin i would talk to my husband tonight to see how he wanted to handle it. I repeated that i would ask my husband tonight. Dustin then made accusations about me not cooperating and threatening to take the car back. I had to raise my voice to try to get him to understand that i was at work and would talk to my husband tonight to see how he wanted to deal with the situation. I told him twice that I was not with my husband and I could not magically produce his driver's license. This was handled very unprofessional by the Kerry staff. More
Thomas Simpson was able to find the desired model of Toyota, and gave me an opportunity to reserve a car in my name that was in process of being delivered to dealership.
