We did order a part and tried to install, found the part was misbuilt with essentially two left feet. We Ordered a replacement part and it arrived damaged, and unusable. We ordered a third part and paid to have it overnighted from the west coast, the part came in misbuilt with two left feet. These were the only three parts in the country. The parts department is working on it and we do sincerely apologize Patricia. We are trying to make this right for you.
