"Went to get my RAV4 service. Took an 8 am appointment so..."

Went to get my RAV4 service. Took an 8 am appointment so I could get in and out.... Waited 1 1/2 hours for “regular maintenance”. “Regular maintenance is: rotate tires, oil changes, top off fluids, lube oil and filter...I had to go to the service desk because no one from the service desk came to me. When I went to the desk the guy passed “the buck” to the technicians saying it took so long because 2 people had to look at my brakes. If I would not have gone to the desk...how long would I have waited?????? For the Maintenance piece, people that came in after me left before me. The service person told me so everyone could hear that maintenance could take an 1 1/2 hours on a Saturday. I wonder if how service can be quicker for some people can come after me and leave before me. It is not like I did not have an appointment set 6 months ago ....told me I need front brakes...$300. Told me brakes take another 1 1/2 hour for brakes. Went in at 8, checked out at 11:29....3 1/2 hours. My time is as valuable as anyone else’s

"Body shop nightmare"

I sent my Toyota Tundra to Kerry’s body shop. After three attempts to fix my tundra., I have rubbing compound on the bed of the truck and visible scratches from removing the bed liner of the truck. If you need a part time job please use there body shop. For me I am going to have to use small claims to recover the damage Kerry did.

"Effeciency"

The service I receive here is always stellar rivaled only by the service offered at any JW Marriott the world over. The staff is always pleasant and engaging, well dressed, helpful, and most importantly they are efficient. There is some sort of hospitality put forth by each and every employee during every visit and everyone seems to have a fairly decent sense of humor, which is refreshing. Hopefully I get the names correct here, TJ in the service department and Erin at rentals made some things happen for me recently and I appreciate it tremendously. The only bummer to that recent visit was that upon pulling in I joked with the husky red headed young man who checked me in that I was there to claim my prize, I had won the monthly valued member raffle. The prize was a Toyota visor, a hoodie, and logoed decals. I have yet to receive these items and my humor escaped the young man. 😆 Thanks! "

"2018/2019 Camry Tramissiin puts Driver at Risk"

Tranission bucks / jerks / makes noise at times. The widely reported 1-3 second delay is true and puts passenger at risk. Dealership claims the transmission is operating correctly..., think about this... they are saying Toyota intentionally designed and released a transmission that puts the driver at risk... DO NOT BUY THIS CAR !

Comparing the 2018 Camry transmission to other 2018 ensure consistency of manufacture, but not quality of manufacture. Please help me understand otherwise... Based on odometer readings the car was driven for 3 miles during the 'test'. In addition to the question above, help me also understand how Toyota is not putting me at risk as I am by far not the only person having this issue.

"I asked Ronda the service advisor if there was an update for my transmission shifting between 2nd and 3rd gears because it was hard at times and backing out of the garage therewas a surge/jerking feeling going on between the transmissions and engine. When I picked up my Tacoma Ronda informed me that the tech did an update and I just want to say thank you to Ronda and the tech for getting this done this update has fixed my shifts forward and no more surge/jerking backing up out of the garage. Thank you Kerry Toyota!"

"Wrong oil amount"

Service department doesn't check oil type or level during oil change. They shorted me at least 2 quarts. And another occasion they are wrong type.
