60,000 mile service visit. During the servicing it was found that I needed 2 new tires, brake and rotor replacement, vacuum pump and windshield wipers. The service clerk, Koty, was very polite and helpful, carefully explaining why the additional services were needed and then prioritizing them in the event that might budget could not afford having them all done at once. I had a digital coupon for 15% off and he pointed out the amount of discount that I was entitled to receive. He then patiently conveyed the same information to my husband. I appreciated having a very nice Passat given to me as a loaner while the servicing was being done. In the end we approved all the recommended repairs. I have always had a very pleasant experience with all of the staff, sales and service at Kerry Volkswagen, beginning with the young man who sold us our Tiguan. More

Unsatisfactory Unfortunately, every time I bring my car in for service it has to go back for something they didn't check. After this service I asked them to hook up my new iPhone to Bluetooth and they said its not there. Where did it go? I had it the week before. Service and lack of ! Was to have my recall service done and decided to have some break work done at the same time only to get a call back stating that the recall service c Was to have my recall service done and decided to have some break work done at the same time only to get a call back stating that the recall service could not be done for a number of excuses as to why . Went ahead and had the break work done and while sitting n the waiting room having a conservation with another person who was also told that his recall service could not be done but that he insisted when he got his call and they in turn was able to get his completed. That upset me for I have to drive 50 miles and now have to make a second trip' One other thing that really disappointed me was the fact that the center tried that cheep shot that you expect from private owned mechanic shops telling me that I needed so much other service done at quite an expense. thought that a reputable dealership would not stoop to such antics !
