HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE Well first I spoke with someone earlier and was told that I was approved and all I had to do was come in, when I arrived, after driving for 3 hours, m Well first I spoke with someone earlier and was told that I was approved and all I had to do was come in, when I arrived, after driving for 3 hours, my daughter and I wasn't greeted but completely ignored by the entire staff and looked at like some sort of animal, not to mention the guy at the front desk was on the phone with a friend and didn't bother to acknowledge me. After I finally got tired of standing and waiting to be greeted I went inside of a office and asked for assistance. Once I was assisted the sales guy was an complete jerk and was basically told that there was no way they could accept my 15' trade in because my score was to low, so I thanked him and exited his office, while I was leaving I was completely ignored again! I wouldn't wish this type of customer service to my worst enemy! Stay away from Kevin Powell!! More

Prices Change Like The Weather I located a Polaris Ranger at This dealership. I called and inquired about it not knowing that I was talking to the general manager Mike. We discussed I located a Polaris Ranger at This dealership. I called and inquired about it not knowing that I was talking to the general manager Mike. We discussed price and made arrangements for me to drive 1 hour to dealership to see this Ranger. After visit to dealership we negotiated price and agreed we would speak on phone the next day. We discussed price the next day and negotiated price further and was told to wait until the first day of the month and he could do better on price so we could close the deal. I then drove back to dealership after talking to Mike again about price with cash in hand and pulling a trail or to haul my Polaris home. When arriving at dealership I was avoided by Mike and pushed to another sales associate while he went in his office with the door shut. After emerging from his office after 1 hour he did not come and speak to me I had to stand in the show room and wait for him to come by so I could speak to him. He asked what he could do for me ? I guess a potential $11,000.00 cash purchase is easy to forget.He then proceeded to increase the previously discussed price by $1000 and told me he had other buyers interested over the weekend so he could not sell it to me for that price anymore. Like I said in the title of this review about price changing like weather , it will be a cold day before I would ever step foot in there door again and I would strongly suggest you don't. More
