You pay too much for crappy car I bought a 2011 Toyota corals from them and thought I was paying only 11,000, but by the time I get it paid off I'm gonna be paying 20,000 for a $7,00 I bought a 2011 Toyota corals from them and thought I was paying only 11,000, but by the time I get it paid off I'm gonna be paying 20,000 for a $7,000 car at BEST. The floor on the drivers seat had a huge hole in it that I wasn't aware of when I bought it. It has crank windows and is very basic for what I paid for it. NOT worth the money. The salesman was overly pushy and me feel like I couldn't leave without buying something. Screw Kevin Powell and his business. More

Easy & Affordable Joe made the process easy. He didn't try to put me in a car I couldn't afford like most of my past car buying experiences in the past. I honestly drea Joe made the process easy. He didn't try to put me in a car I couldn't afford like most of my past car buying experiences in the past. I honestly dreaded going car shopping because my credit isn't great. He took the time to help me find a car I could afford & that I would love to drive. I left with a 2017 Ford Fiesta at a great price. I'll be back in three years when my daughter turns 16, this will be a great first car for her...so I'll need a new one. Thank you for making this process a great experience. I have a new dealer for life!! More

Our Experience Our experience: On Wednesday my husband traded in his truck and bought me a van. I have wanted a van since I found out we were having twins but we Our experience: On Wednesday my husband traded in his truck and bought me a van. I have wanted a van since I found out we were having twins but we have just now been able to make it happen. His service that day was amazing but today was a totally different story. I was driving down 40 taking my 5 month old twins to my aunts so I could go to work when the radio cut off and all the lights started flashing. I was able to get off the highway onto 66 when the van just died while I was going though that big intersection. I lost power and power steering. When my husband got there and looked under the hood we saw the battery cable was totally corroded (yes he should have looked under the hood before he bought it but he had been there all day and needed to leave for work soon). So today we take the car back up to the dealership. Both someone from the service department and a sales man told us it never should have left the lot as it was. However the manager JR was another story. Apparently according to him "these things happen" and "when a car sits for 30+ days things corrode". He spoke down to me the whole time and acted like I was being unreasonable because I want more than just the battery checked. When I told him we would just take our money and my husbands truck back he told me no that they would just fix the van. I caution anyone that goes there to get a car. More
