My second time buying from Foothill Ford and they got me exactly what I wanted both times. After shopping other dealers for weeks with no help I went back to Foothill Ford and was in and out in one day. Les exactly what I wanted both times. Personal Experience as a Cosigner THEY WILL RUIN YOUR CREDIT! 4 HARD INQUIRES FOR 1 ATV! I gave permission to run my credit once (1) as a cosigner for an ATV. They ran it four (4) t THEY WILL RUIN YOUR CREDIT! 4 HARD INQUIRES FOR 1 ATV! I gave permission to run my credit once (1) as a cosigner for an ATV. They ran it four (4) times, including through their auto dealer (to try to sell me a car instead) and through even a CREDIT CARD without my knowledge! I was intended to be a cosigner through a BANK and Kevin Powell tried to sell me a car instead of an ATV then tried to make me get a credit card! The fact my credit would be hit with 4 hard inquiries as a result of 1 request should be clearly disclosed to all and it was not to me by the salesman I talked to on the phone (and I couldn't care less if he told my spouse, the sales man should have known that legally, he needs to tell me himself as well!) More

Hole in the wall dealership for any type of car.Let me tell you about my KRAZYYYYY KEVIN POWELL experience.I purchased a 2017 Ford Mustang V6 from them last year which I included The extended warranty. Sounds like a sweet deal, right? Well a girl ran a stop sign Back at the beginning of this year and the car was considered a total loss. I then contacted The BEST and now to be known as the FAKEST salesman by the name of Daryle Radford. We worked togetherIn getting me a replacement car, which took about two weeks. He found one at Richmond Ford Lincoln in Virginia,Got the car delivered to the dealership. Now keep in my I had to wait for the total loss to be finalized , during this time the car was Stationed on their dealership. I assumed they had it in the back, and not visible to be questioned for sale by the public. Once everything Had been cleared I was good to go and pick-up my NEW car. I contacted Daryle to only be told the car was already sold. Wonderful salesman isn’t he HAHA? Next, we have the wonderful and very professional General Manager Robert Sutphin, and his finance department. If you purchase a car from them DO NOT accept the extended warranty unless you like getting screwed. When I told the finance department about my total loss car, they mentioned a reimbursement of the extended warranty. I was ecstatic, they needed some documents to confirm the car was totaled. I said okay and took them up there July 27th for a woman by the name of Linda to have sent and be looked over. She told me the process takes about 4-6 weeks, I said okay. Fast forward six weeks later and no word, phone call, email nothing. I would contact her and get excuse after excuse after excuse, so I contacted the General Manager. I told him the situation he replied he would investigate it. A week goes by and no response, I email him four times until finally I get a response back. His response in his words. “Let me look into this right now…I thought one of the other managers were handling this and had been in contact with you”. Really, when you have four previous emails of me questioning what the status was, it least be man enough to own up, instead of brushing me off and giving a xxxxxxxx excuse. But the thing I find disrespectful is they were aware I was not going to get my refund beforehand. Because the line holder had cancelled the refund due to the total loss. They received this statement June 10,2019 six weeks before I went up there on July 27th, 2019. To only have me wait six weeks on a refund that was not going to come. They are very unprofessional when it comes to their customers behind closed doors and on emails 😊. I would consider going to Crossroads Ford in Kernersville, I was greeted with open arms and excellent customer service. If there is an issue or problem they respond back and pick the phone up. But it’s your money do what you wish. I guess my money wasn’t good enough, what goes around comes around I suppose. 😊 More
