Dear Mr. Brown. Your vehicle was on our property for over two months. Being in the car business for over 30 years I can assure you that calling you and asking you to remove it was the kindest thing we could have done. We didn't charge you for storage, we didn't call the local police and have it towed, we patiently called and ask you to remove it from our property. I was here with the previous ownership, and I can guarantee they would not have been so kind. So, thank you for telling your story, we're here to make sure it was told correctly.

The reason we have a diagnostic fee is because if we checked everyone's vehicle that comes to visit at no charge, we would never have time to actually fix cars. Please understand had you gotten the work done that fee is not charged.

I never said to check for free, I’m saying it’s over priced and unreasonable. So for that I chose to take my business elsewhere which is more reasonable and affordable. But everyone knows the dealerships are a rip off.

Sorry that the 3% fee was so upsetting. Unfortunately, it is a policy that was put in place by our corporate office. I would have been glad to help you out with it had you ask to speak with a manager. You are also correct that all ACURA dealers are not the same. We sell our vehicles at a much lower price than Turnersville. Also, we are not here to "squeeze" anyone. If I had your real name, I would gladly contact you and offer some kind of resolution to make things right. We appreciate your feedback and in the long run sticking with KEY ACURA and our friendly staff will save you money. Have a wonderful day.

Please tell me about the piece of paper that you're referring to. I want to correct these issues that caused you to have a bad experience.
