This place is a joke I have bought 3 cars from this place in the past 6 years. 6 years ago it was a decent place but now it has turned into a dump. Not only do they have a crappy selection of cars, the service area is worse than a jiffy lube. For those of you who want to spend on average $45,000 on a car, you would fee more comfortable in the Honda dealship across the street. I went in today and not only did it need a facelift, there was no coffee, uncomfortable chairs, and basic water bottles. I am glad I went elsewhere to buy my most recent car. In a supposed luxury dealership, you would think the amenities would be better than the ones across the street at Honda. Also, if you need a loaner car you might as well go rent one yourself at enterprise. This place is a total joke. I got my car for over 100$ a month cheaper, and was offered the same at multiple other locations. This place goes through employees like you wouldn’t believe. The service manager is the only respectful person there. His name is David, and he will do everything he can to help you. After 3 cars you would have thought they would still want my business, but they are scam artist. It’s funny that there are so many reviews that are good for this place. I’m telling you, shop around and you will see what I mean. They will also tell you that they are part of group one auto which who gives a Crap. More

Took me 30 minutes to get appointment for oil change I recently call Boardwalk Acura to arrange for 45k checkup and oil change appointment. I have never experienced such incompetence and unprofessionalism when just trying to arrange for something as easy as an oil change. The woman answering the phone should not have been your first point of reference for your business. When I asked to speak to a manager including the general manager she put me on hold then told me Noone is available. Not sure what your training program is for customer reps but this woman missed the class... I have cancelled the appointment for fear that your technicians are as unqualified..... poor, poor, poor.... More

The cost of their services is roof high with no explanation what is being charged and how much each part of service is. before i started my third service i told them how i was treated last time, in return there reply was do not come to our place. Recall After waiting 11 months, I finally had my recalled air bag replaced today. I realize that the dealer needs to get the new parts from Honda but it shou After waiting 11 months, I finally had my recalled air bag replaced today. I realize that the dealer needs to get the new parts from Honda but it should not be the responsibility of the owner to locate the necessary replacement parts. I've called the service department several times over the past year and have been told the the replacements were not in stock and that I should call Acura directly. This happened again last Friday and when I then followed up directly with Acura customer service I was told that the parts were indeed in stock and could be sent immediately to dealers. I then called Boardwalk and lo and behold the replacement was done today. The service was performed quickly along with a car wash and was more than satisfactory today but I don't think that I should have been tasked with locating the new air bag replacement. After all, I am the customer and should not been involved in this recall other than to have been asked to bring my car in for prompt servicing. More
Service department went for routine check 3 weeks ago- told everything including tires were good- one week later went sensor light failed and was told my tires (38,000 went for routine check 3 weeks ago- told everything including tires were good- one week later went sensor light failed and was told my tires (38,000 miles) all needed to be replaced as they were peeling away- was told I did not have "experienced mechanic" when I had initial maintainence done- service manager was rude but eventually replaced tires at his cost- gives me no confidence in the rest of the checkup as to my car's condition More
