Thank you for taking time to let us know about your experience, Joel. I know I have personally helped you over the last couple of years (with Prime and Key) and I want to convey that we, as a whole, operate with the utmost integrity. There have been minimal changes to staff and pricing has increased only slightly after several years of no movement. Our menu prices and hourly labor rate are the lowest amongst our local Acura competitors. Shop fees are either built in to others pricing or as a separate line charge as ours is. I did research your previous repair orders and found the same shop charges applied from Prime. Exciting things are happening soon with our new building and we'd love to continue your service needs.
