Picked up a new Colorado from stock for a business. Sales, etc went fine but went to buy a GM tonneau cover for it. The Chevrolet website said $1,400 but Key quoted me $2,500. On the internet, I saw a car that I was interested in that was being sold at Key Chevrolet in Middletown. In spite that it was about 117 miles away from home I decided to call just to get some info. Upon calling I spoke to Stanley who appeared to be very friendly and honest, and after talking to him for just one minute, it felt like I’ve known Stanley my whole life. I hung up and immediately planned a road trip for the following day. Upon my arrival at Key Chevrolet I met with Meeggan and Mehai who were very helpful and personable. Upon later speaking to Stanley he made buying my dream car a reality. The entire experience was pleasant and smooth, with Elijah closing the deal with all the final paperwork. Just when I thought it was all over, Stanley walked me to the car. He jumped in and calmly went over all the hidden bells and whistles the car had, where the only way I could have learned it was by reading the owners manual twice. Now that is detailed, hands on practice before we left the dealership.
