My 22 Chevy 1500 5. 3 8 speed with 34k miles had a transmission issuse and oil leak from the pan. The dealer said I needed a new factory transmission and oil pan seal, a 3 8 speed with 34k miles had a transmission issuse and oil leak from the pan. The dealer said I needed a new factory transmission and oil pan seal, all covered under factory warranty. Took about a month to get the truck back. GM's transmissions are on back order but the dealer already had one coming in. Once it was in, they had the transmission replaced in 2 day. The work they did was great. The problem I have was no loaner autos available. This might be more a GM issuse then dealer. I could of got rental and get reimbursed later which I didn't like that opinion. Luckily I was able to borrow a suv from my parents for the time. More

Starting with Stanley, working with the team was pleasant. Repeated phone calls after the first visit were unnecessary.
