This service was performed efficiently at a fair price despite an unexpected glitch, which was addressed promptly and professionally by the Service Advisor (Tammy Carpenter), with whom I had similar good experience in her previous similar role at Miller Volvo, where I have my Volvos serviced. They also offered to wash my car when I went to pick it up which was nice-but truthfully other car service places I've gone to just do that without asking. it was only 10 minutes more or so. More

Recall and Warrantee work My truck was brought back 2 times to get service work. Which ended up being there close to a month. Very frustrating as you have a $700.00 a month p My truck was brought back 2 times to get service work. Which ended up being there close to a month. Very frustrating as you have a $700.00 a month payment. When you have an appointment for work to be done, it shouldn't take 4 weeks. Then they wanted to charge us $300.00 for the warrantee work. Which was all covered. Communication is a problem too! :-( More
