Not Happy responded

Hello, we have been in contact with the service manager and he was supposed to get back to us about ordering a door panel switch, which the tech broke and didnt say anything. The service manager wanted us to email Friday and he would have the part by the weekend or early this week and he has not responded back yet. I will be happy with the replacement part and my original refund of $200 that I was told was being returned. I was told to come to the dealership only to be told when I arrived that it would be mailed to me. I made a trip for nothing and wasted my time coming from about 30 mins away... it has been a couple weeks now and still no refund.I just want to be done with this whole situation. We will be reaching out to the service manager again today about the door panel switch and refund. It should not be this hard. Thank you.
