I am a little disappointed in the fact that I called to make an appointment because check engine lights that came on. The light went off prior to bringing the vehicle in. I was told that they could still p make an appointment because check engine lights that came on. The light went off prior to bringing the vehicle in. I was told that they could still pull the codes to diagnose the problem. After they performed the service, I was told that until the check engine light was on and they could pull the codes with the light on, they cannot diagnose the problem. I asked if I would have to pay again for the computer diagnose and they said yes. If I had known that the light HAD to be on, then I would not have brought in the vehicle in. I would have waited and saved $90. Disappointed! More
