I am never disappointed with the quality of work or the efficiency with which it is completed. The record keeping is excellent and Scott is always more aware of what my vehicle is in need of having done t efficiency with which it is completed. I worked with Brian locating my new car. I am a little disappointed in the fact that I called to make an appointment because check engine lights that came on. The light went off prior to bringing the vehicle in. I was told that they could still p make an appointment because check engine lights that came on. The light went off prior to bringing the vehicle in. I was told that they could still pull the codes to diagnose the problem. After they performed the service, I was told that until the check engine light was on and they could pull the codes with the light on, they cannot diagnose the problem. I asked if I would have to pay again for the computer diagnose and they said yes. If I had known that the light HAD to be on, then I would not have brought in the vehicle in. I would have waited and saved $90. Disappointed! More
