I came in to have my charging system tested. There was poor communication between Rachel the service rep and the technician. I never really got to talk to him. Then when I asked Rachel about a transmission fluid change for the car that they were working on, she gave me wrong information. My Pacifica is not a multi speed transmission and it’s not lifetime with no oil changes if I would have accepted that for fact. I could’ve burned up my transmission. Even though you’re close to people that I know, I will go to Manchester next time. See how they are. More
