I’m Christopher Tobey, president and owner of Key Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram FIAT in beautiful Xenia, Ohio. Key opened on January 14, 1976, and we are still going strong.
Key has sold more than 35,000 new vehicles and more than 29,000 used cars, trucks, SUV’s and mini vans since I bought Key Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram FIAT. Thanks to the wonderful employees I work with everyday.
I’m proud of our Service Department and our Parts Department. Since day one, our Service & Parts departments were the proud recipients of Chrysler’s Customer First Award. Today, Key is an “Elite” service dealer which is now the highest service award from Chrysler.
Key Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram FIAT is the oldest Business Link dealer for commercial customers in the United States. We stock a wide variety of commercial vehicles and as a business link customer you get a service discount of 15%, the first stall available to get you back on the road, and a free loaner truck and much more!
Our dealership is the largest Chrysler certified pre-owned dealer in South Western Ohio, and it shows in our service: a factory certified used vehicle goes through a vigorous 127 point inspection before Chrysler certifies the vehicle and once certified, it carries a 7 year/100,000 mile powertrain warranty.

I always noticed The Key Chrysler lot had several hard to find well-optioned Dodge and Jeep vehicles. So when it came time to search for a new vehicle Key Chrysler came to mind. The sales staff couldn't have been better. Not only were they friendly, but they were competent about the options and capabilities of the vehicles they were selling. In short, these guys are "car guys," and that's exactly what will bring me back to Key Chrysler, Jeep, and Dodge for my next purchase. More

Yates) was exceptionally helpful, answered our many questions, and let us know that his dealership would take care of our newly purchased Dodge Journey in the same excellent way that they have taken care of our two Chrysler vehicles in the past. Their valet service is a life-saver and their service technicians have always provided us with superb service. After we purchased our new Journey, our sales person even helped us to transfer our many belongings from our Chrysler trade-in to our new car. He has continued to answer numerous questions via phone and personally assisted us with such questions as "How to adjust the seats" by actually showing us the process when we took the car in. More

Stress Free Dealer Buying a new car.....it's either a fun for an irritating experience. Can honestly say Key is on the NON-IRRITATING side of the experience! Simple. Str Buying a new car.....it's either a fun for an irritating experience. Can honestly say Key is on the NON-IRRITATING side of the experience! Simple. Straight forward. No pressure. Don't get bounced around all over the dealership with intimidation tactics. Just good old fashioned for real people to deal with. Yes, they are car salesman! So there is a little bit of that, but they treat you with respect, listen to what you want to do, and run with it. No mind games or twisting numbers to make your head spin. Not many dealerships left with this attitude.....at least with the people I dealt with! I'm pushing 63 and kind of turning into an opinionated grumpy old man, so that's saying something. :) Thanks to Alex (internet), Jake (sales), Rich (sales mgr), and Bob (finance)!!! More

Poor customer service After spending 60K at the dealership, my husband passed away. i was unable to drive the truck he had just bought, so i traded it in for a smaller one. When i tried to get my money back for the expensive extended warranty, i hand delivered the documents required. The finance people say they never got them. Now, i'm unable to find the documents in my storage unit, I thought this was taken care of, so they get to keep my money and feel that is ok. I bought 2 vehicles at once from them and one prior to this, you would think they would be more helpful. I guess if they need the money that bad i should just let them have it. But i'll never shop there again. More
