I will never do business with Key Ford. While it seems the work was adequate, communication lacked and what should’ve been a week long repair spanned almost a month. They are better now than when it was Rockland Ford. Caleb and Chris (the service advisor's) were very helpful and I didn’t have to wait too long to get my car repaired. Nice waiting area.
