Key Ford will not give the most aggrious complaints therefore they are not honest in their reviews. Two payments made with no vehicle after purchasing extended warranty being told no repaires will be therefore they are not honest in their reviews. The sales part of the dealership is great. The service department has me questioning their attention to detail. I brought our one ton work truck in for it's first oil change and rotation. I was appreciative it was done quickly, but after the rotation, they never rechecked the tire pressures. One ton trucks have a 20 psi difference front to rear, and after leaving the dealer, my pressures were backwards. That means they never rechecked them after rotating them. More
