There are at least 3 recalls on my vehicle and I had to ask about them instead of the dealership letting me know. They never offered to see if my vehicle was under recalls nor did they offer to schedule an ask about them instead of the dealership letting me know. The service was easy to schedule on line and change when I had an unexpected conflict. I received a call when my vehicle was ready and pick up was easy. My only suggestion is to have a motion light near the key drop off box. I had to drop off very early and it was dark and no lights out there, which was a bit of a challenge. I appreciate being energy efficient but a small light could help to avoid falls, etc. More
