By far the worst ever About a month ago I brought my car in because the check engine light popped on. After learning that the warranty is super limited to the second owner, About a month ago I brought my car in because the check engine light popped on. After learning that the warranty is super limited to the second owner, I agreed to have them replace the recalls they brought to my attention. No more than 2 weeks later, to my surprise I am back there again because the turbo system mysteriously started having a problem. After having them diagnose what was wrong with my vehicle ( and calling around to about 11 different shops) I found no one will work on this part other then Hyundai themselves. I started as asking them about if the 2 problems are related, of course i get "we did not touch that part of your vehicle". So $4000 later my entire turbo system has been rebuilt.......Fast forward 4 weeks (today). I am writing this sitting in my kitchen with a rental car in my driveway because my car died. Some how i honestly feel i will be told that this problem is unrelated to either of the first 2! Hopefully I can keep this up to date and how far complaining gets me More

Pretty Smooth Let me start out by saying I strongly recommend Key Hyundai and my salesperson Shannon to anyone who's looking to buy a new car. Came in with $800 Let me start out by saying I strongly recommend Key Hyundai and my salesperson Shannon to anyone who's looking to buy a new car. Came in with $8000 in negative equity from a "buy here pay here" on a 2009 vehicle. Shannon worked for literally hours (Came in at around 130, finished up at around 6) to come up with a deal that was realistic and ended up almost exactly where I wanted it to be. Left with a new 2017 Sonata and I'm extremely happy with it. I'm a pretty stubborn person so the fact that Shannon was able to help me get out of a hole and deal with my unreasonableness speaks volumes. I'll be coming back to do my servicing at Key Hyundai and hopefully try to refinance in a year (interest rate wasn't that bad either even with my credit). From the service perspective they even give you a list of when to come in, and for what, so there's no questioning if you need anything. Being that I hate having to deal with things like that it was just icing on the cake. I expected a little back and forth as it's a car dealership but I left really impressed with how smooth things were. More

However that did not happen, well the laughing happened but not due to my situation or credit score. Shannon E greeted me at the door and welcomed me, no pressure. I briefly explained my situation and immediately I was put at ease and went over to fill out the application and after seeing what we had to work with Shannon showed me my options and after test driving and finalizing the paperwork, I drove away in my brand new 2017 Hyundai Accent.
