Immediately listened to MY NEEDS and provided me service for those needs. I was looking for a Hyundai Dealership to start building a relationship with the service department while visiting CT to service my 2013 Hyundai for oil changes. Shannon gave me a tour of the facility. Top Notch in Customer Service and Comfort. The Service Dept was shown to me and all the services that Key Hyundai provides. Amazing!!! Car wash each visit - WOW. "Quick Lube" section - WOW. I was introduced to Dustin Maynard, Service Advisor. His Customer Service and his willingness to LISTEN TO ME and answer my questions is the type of Service Dept. I want to work with as a TEAM between client and service. During this intro to Key Hyundai, I started sharing with Shannon my history with Hyundai and that I'm a very loyal customer to Hyundai owning (3) Hyundais so far. Shannon, with NO TYPICAL SALES PRESSURE, inquired if I would be interested at looking at a new car at this time. I shared I was doubtful and why. Shannon listened and offered some thoughts to consider. I was willing to listen. By the end of the day, I was leaving in a beautiful new 2016 Sonata SE 4door within the budget I could afford. Johnathan Mirow, Business Manager, was so impressive. He took extra valuable time out of his day (the day after I bought the car) to LISTEN and EXPLAIN some financial questions I had. Nick Roberts, Solution Provider, also was very helpful the next day when I returned to Key with some questions when Shannon was with another customer. I had absolutely NO INTENTIONS of buying a car when I drove up to Key. Instead of just leaving with a new car, I left feeling part of a "new family" that I know will take excellent care of me and my new purchased car.
